In this series of fifteen lithograph prints by artist June Wayne (American, 1918-2011), images are accompanied by selections from the love poems that inspired them. Wayne’s lithographs translate sonnets by 17th-century English poet John Donne into expressive visual forms. SIGNED limited edition, signed by Wayne. Lithographs are in a portfolio box that is in good condition, front cover cracked along spine, fabric on spine partially loose, wear and rubbing, some white spots to back cover. Lithos inside near fine, inside cover partially torn along front of spine, small water stain to bottom foldout.
