A very unusual book. Issued by the publisher Simon and Schuster as a signed limited edition, and originally priced $599, later reported to be an autopen signature. This is one of the "signed" copies with the publisher's printed price of $599. Fine in a fine jacket, "signed" by Bob Dylan on publisher's page represented by the publisher as "this signed edition specially bound by the publisher." A complete row of numbers to 1 on the copyright page. This is one of 900 copies that were signed "Bob Dylan" by an Autopen. Originally Simon & Schuster issued a letter claiming "the copy of the book you hold has been hand-signed by Bob Dylan". They were later to issue a retraction stating that the signature was made using an autopen. This is a very nice Collectible copy of Nobel Prize Winner Bob Dylan's first book since Chronicles: Volume One in 2004, made more collectible by the autopen signature.
