First edition, with 1933 on copyright page and in Roman numerals on title page. Vol. I, 1650-1688, and Vol. II, 1688-1702. Both books in near fine condition, very minor soiling on covers, previous owner's name written on front free end paper of each volume. Both dust jackets in very good condition; dj of vol. I has minor wear, sun-fading on spine, tape at spine ends on inside of dj; dj of vol. II has a little more wear, sun-fading on spine, more tape on inside of dj and on inside of tears at spine. Comes with a newspaper clipping about the book. Housed in publisher's slipcase, very good with cracks that have been taped.
