Early printing, 1870. Two volumes. First printing of vol. I was 1868, vol. II was 1869. Both volumes are in very good condition. Vol. I has some cracking of front gutter, previous owner's inscription on 2nd front free end paper. Vol. II has same previous owner's inscription on 2nd front free end paper, some faint pencil writing on front free end paper, tiny piece missing at bottom of front free end paper, 1/2" crack at top of front gutter. Housed in custom-made slipcase.
